2. Wholesale & Distribution
We act as a wholesale curator for beauty, wellness, and lifestyle brands. We purchase inventory in bulk from authorized manufacturers and resell through our curated retail network. All wholesale inquiries must be submitted through our official partnership portal.
3. Brand Integrity & MAP Compliance
Meridian Retail Partners is committed to protecting brand integrity. We strictly enforce Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies to ensure fair market value for all partners. Unauthorized third-party listings are prohibited to maintain a clean and professional retail environment.
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property, including trademarks, logos, and product designs, are the exclusive property of their respective owners. Meridian Retail Partners is not authorized to use or reproduce any brand assets without prior written consent from the brand manager.
5. Limitation of Liability
Meridian Retail Partners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the products we distribute. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by you for the wholesale inventory purchased.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Dakota. Any disputes arising from the use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
